Case study — Brand · Hospitality
Saffron
Table.
A modern Indian dining concept, named, branded and given its interior language — in ten weeks.
01 — Brief
The ask.
A first-time restaurateur with a strong culinary point of view needed everything: name, identity, menus, signage and an interior direction — coherent, quickly, and on an independent’s budget.
02 — Approach
The work.
Because identity and interior were designed by the same hands, every decision did double duty: the brand’s colour and pattern system became the tiling, joinery and lighting palette; the wordmark’s geometry set the signage and menu grid. No agency-to-architect handover, no drift.
03 — Outcome
The result.
Open on schedule with a fully coherent brand world — and a fit-out that cost less because the design intent survived first time, without redesign loops between separate consultants.
They gave us a complete world, not a logo. Guests photograph the room as much as the food — which is exactly the marketing we couldn’t afford to buy.
