Case study — Workplace
One World,
Victoria.
A landmark Westminster address given a workplace and arrival experience worthy of its postcode.
01 — Brief
The ask.
At 26 Victoria Street, the client needed a workplace that made the organisation’s ambition legible from the moment of arrival — within the constraints of a prominent, tightly managed Westminster building.
02 — Approach
The work.
We treated the arrival sequence as the brand’s opening sentence: reception, lift lobbies and circulation were designed as one continuous narrative, with wayfinding, materials and lighting carrying the identity through to workspace and boardroom. BIM coordination kept landlord approvals, services and programme aligned.
03 — Outcome
The result.
A workplace that reads as one idea from street to boardroom — and a fit-out delivered through a complex approvals environment without design intent being value-engineered away.
One team carried the project from identity to completion. No translation loss, no finger-pointing between designer and architect — just one language, delivered.
